Siboney Cellars

Located four miles west of Johnson City, discover Siboney (See-Bo-NAY) Cellars. Barbara Lecuona, Siboney’s Wine Maker, and husband, Miguel, built a beautiful winery tasting room featuring an outside terrace overlooking the vineyard and an intimate member lounge above the the barrel room.

Our full line up of Texas wines features Sparkling Rosé from the Texas High Plains, elegant whites, and deep reds demonstrating true Texas Terroir. Culinary boards are available and we often have fun events like Pig Roasts and their weekly Twilight Tastings serving cubano sandwiches.

No reservations needed unless you would like to book a tasting or tour.
