Complete your William Chris visit with an unforgettable experience as we celebrate the art of sabering and the joy of sparkling wine with our new Saber Experience at William Chris Vineyards in Hye, Texas. Immerse yourself in the rich history and tradition of sabrage while enjoying the refreshing taste of our one of our exquisite sparkling wines.
This is a 15-minute experience and we encourage that guests add-on this reservation following reserving a Winemaker’s Tasting or Vineyard Table experience. You may also participate in the Sparkling Saber Experience and enjoy your sparkling wine at our Pavilion where we do offer glass and bottle services. Each booking will include one bottle of our sparkling wine which is recommended to be enjoyed amongst a group of 2 – 6 people.
Should you have a larger group or want more than one person to participate in the act of sabering, we encourage guests to reserve additional bottles. You’ll enjoy a hands-on sabering experience and pairs of complimentary sunglasses for everyone in your group to keep. Our knowledgeable staff will guide you through the process, ensuring a safe and exhilarating experience that you’ll remember for years to come.
